Spectrums Jewelry brings you
the lowest prices possible anywhere for the finest quality jewelry.
Typographical errors may occur on the website, either by our mistake or outside
factors (i.e., hackers) altering prices or submitting fraudulent orders. It is
for these reasons Spectrums Jewelry reserves the right to reject orders in which
the price was not as intended.
U.S. Shipping and Insurance Charges
Customers living in the U.S. using UPS Ground shipping should receive their orders within 3 to 7 business days; using UPS 2 Day Air shipping should receive their orders within 2 to 4 business days and using UPS Next Day Air shipping should receive their orders within 1 to 2 business days. If your order is received after
3PM Eastern Standard Time, it will not be processed until the next business day. All orders will be processed within 48 hours. Spectrums will insure your package at no additional cost.

All orders are subject to stock availability. You will be notified if your item is not in stock.
International Orders
Shipping
International orders are welcomed. We use exclusively Fed Ex International Air Shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most packages will be delivered within 3-5 business days and are subject to clearance procedures.
Spectrums, Inc. DOES NOT offer shipment to Nigeria, Russia and Indonesia and reserves the right to refuse shipping per our discretion.
The
international shipping rate depends upon location and total shipping weight.

Taxes and Duties
We
charge sales tax for all items sold as required by law. We do not charge
Sales Tax for sales outside the state of North Carolina however, international
customers are responsible for any Customs Tax or Duties. Your Customs
Agency will contact you regarding any Duties for clearance.
Payment
Purchases
through this web site from the US and Canada must be done on a major credit
card. We will accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cashiers
Check and Money Orders. We will need the name on the card and correct
billing address. We reserve the right to deny any order for any reason.
Only Wire Transfer payment method (in US dollars) will be accepted for
the International Customers. Please contact our Customer Service department

Returns and Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE:
Custom-sized rings, platinum rings, 18kt gold items, as well as other
special order gemstone items, are non-cancelable and non-returnable orders.
If
you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your merchandise we
offer a 30-day return for refund policy
within thirty days of invoice date for a full*
refund, excluding shipping charges and minus potential restocking fee.
(*Please
note, there is a restocking fee of 2.5 percent on all return merchandise
orders totaling $400.00 and over.) Simply send the return back with the
original invoice and in the original packaging in RESALE condition. This
return policy does not apply to custom made and special orders. We highly
recommend you insure any returned items, as we are not liable for any
loss, theft or damage incurred during the return shipping process. Once
again, this
return policy does not apply to custom made and special orders.
At your request and upon receipt of merchandise Spectrums will either:
1. Issue you 100% of purchase price less a 2.5 percent restocking fee
where applicable*,
applied back to your credit card used in placing the order.
2. Company credit
3. Replace the merchandise.
Spectrums, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping charges and strongly
suggests insuring your merchandise.
